Does anyone know which pickup/s the volume and tone controls on a 3 pickup Les Paul or SG Custom affect? Jimmy Page and one of Kiss are the most famous players who play them (I'm aware of). Steve Miller, Danny Kirwan and Golden Earring's George Kooymans are others.

The Fest went well....highlights for me were... Top Down featured some great guitar work and a singer that sounded a lot like Ruby Starr. The East/West Band (mostly veteran musicians from the area) best set they have played ever to my ears....Dean Christopher/Bobby Berge played selections from Tommy's career, they nailed it from start to finish, including Sweet Burgundy,Alexis,Hello Again,Golden Rainbows....  King George (ex-BOA bassist) with just a drummer, played an electrifing set,a bit rough but there is a special groove to his music, thumbs up!!  Black Oak Arkansas was plugged in and wired as usual, as always a fantastic set. The crowd loved them!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Tommy!! Thank you for all of the music... your catalog is so extensive and genre filled, there were no limits on what you could do and what you did. You had the instinctual rawness of Jimi, and the finesse and style all your own. You're my number one guitarist, and you did it it all with youth and beauty. Forever the "kid" you were one of a kind and inspire so many. I hope you feel the love today that you so deserved during your life and on stage. May your audience continue to grow and appreciate your talent forever. Rest in Heavenly peace...
